Yountville Town Center

The heart of this small community’s new 2.9-acre town center is the lushly landscaped town square bounded by community hall, the post office, and a 15,000-sf community center with deep covered porches. The decade-long community design process resulted in a complex that reflects the distinctive local, cultural, agricultural, oenological, and ecological identity of this place. Parking for 114 cars is accommodated. JNRA, in collaboration with Siegel & Strain Architects, carried the project through the entire planning approval process, construction documentation and final construction. Designed for Leed Platinum certification.
