Bayer Inc. Campus

A Campus Master Plan, Site Design Guidelines, and numerous individual projects support a 30-year Development Agreement between Bayer, Inc. and the City of Berkeley for Bayer’s 45-acre urban infill biotech/industrial production facility and laboratory. West Berkeley’s street grid and urban development pattern extends through the secure campus, physically integrating the industrial campus with the surrounding neighborhoods.

JNRA completed the campus plans, design guidelines, and incorporation of the landscape improvements with the Development Agreement as consultants to Lyndon Buchanan Associates.
